BiX Selected for TIPS to Advance DeepScout

BiX was selected for the Korean Ministry of SMEs and Startups' TIPS program to accelerate research and commercialization of DeepScout, its abdominal multi-organ diagnostic AI platform.

BiX was selected for the 2026 TIPS general track, a Korean government program that supports technology-intensive startups recommended by qualified private investors. The selection provides research and commercialization support for the continued development of DeepScout.

The project focuses on a multimodal AI platform for earlier diagnosis of abdominal cancers, including pancreatic, liver, and biliary-tract cancer. It combines CT imaging with clinical information and evaluates relationships among multiple organs rather than treating a single image or organ in isolation.

BiX will use the program to improve data processing, quantitative diagnostic modeling, and clinical visualization. The company also plans to strengthen validation with hospital partners and prepare the technical evidence needed to integrate the platform into real diagnostic workflows.

The TIPS milestone follows BiX's seed and Pre-A investment rounds and supports the company's broader path toward medical-device authorization, clinical deployment, and expansion into global markets.
